The Compass Concierge program will assist our clients in preparing their homes for market by allowing them to completely fund the cosmetic improvements that will increase the value of their home – staging, cleaning, landscaping and more. At the time of the property’s closing, Compass Concierge will simply invoice you for the total services rendered.

While the below is not a comprehensive guide of all services that may be covered, it should serve as a high-level reference for what is generally allowed. Some work listed below may require additional details before we can approve the project and Compass reserves the right to deny any services, at any time, for any reason.

Approved Expenses

Deep Cleaning
Examples: Carpet Cleaning, Stain Removal, Scratch Repair, Bathroom and Kitchen Sink/Tub Resurfacing, Appliance Cleaning

Cosmetic Renovations
Examples: Cabinetry Refinishing, Cabinetry and Installation (as long as it does not involve adding/removing a wall), Light Finishing, Window Furnishings, Countertop Replacement, Window Replacement, Carpet removal and hardwood floor installation (not including subfloor changes, repairs, or structural flooring work) Light Fixture Replacement, Hardwood Floor Refinishing, Popcorn Ceiling Removal (not covered if there is an asbestos risk)

Approval guidelines

* Concierge projects over 50K (or over 25K if more than 3% of the listing price) will require further approval which may take extra time (we will still try to get you a decision within 72hrs)

* Project requests over 200K will be approved in exceptional cases by senior leadership where there is significant upside for the client, agent, and Compass
